SWEET POISON IVY RELIEF! Jewelweed Soap makes garden time better!
Plan-It! Earth Apothecary is proud to present it's first product: Handmade Jewelweed Soap! (We made both Tallow & Coconut Oil soap that is infused with this anti-itch relief!) Jewelweed is an AMAZING herb that relieves the itchiness caused by poison ivy and mosquito bites! We have been harvesting this beautiful plant the past few weeks at many different creeks, springs & forested areas throughout Arkansas! You can rub the plant itself on you when walking through the forest in search of it! All parts of the plant can be used: the bruised stem or leaves, as well as the flower. Calendula is great for your skin too, it can help many skin conditions and irritations! We have many Calendula plants growing throughout our garden to help deter pests already. We simply harvest the flower as needed! We also have created another 'anti-itch' MUST on any gardener's wishlist! We call it 'Jewelweed Wonderfulness' 'Jewelweed Wonderfulness' (the glowing orange jar) JW is a concoction made from Jewelweed and Witch Hazel. I use it on all my worst itchies! It stopped all itchiness I was experiencing within 10-30 seconds EVERY TIME!
