A hobo rides a freight train out of North Carolina after a mysterious hillbilly woman gives him an elixir that causes him to '...have a new hunger for life...' ...The hobo makes it back to his hometown of Des Moines, IA just as the elixir begins to take hold ...causing him to hunger for human flesh! The elixir hurls him in & out of Zombie-ism as he tries to figure out how to stop it for good...
